Day 1 :
Explore Accra

Explore Accra with visits to Independence Square, Accra Jamestown, Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, W.E.B. Du Bois Center, and the Ghana National Museum. Enjoy a local drumming class.

Day 2 :
Journey to Shai Hills

Journey to Shai Hills, encountering baboon monkeys and diverse wildlife. Visit Krobo Odumase for bead making, a long-standing tradition.

Day 3 :
Travel to Kumasi

Travel to Kumasi, the capital of the Ashanti Kingdom, and taste the local cuisine at Ashanti Kitchen Pot.

Day 4 :
Explore Kumasi

Explore Kumasi, visiting Manhyia Palace Museum, Kumasi Cultural Center, Prempeh Jubilee Museum, Komfo Anokye Sword site, and Kumasi Central Market.

Day 5 :
Discover Ashanti craftmanship

Discover Ashanti craftsmanship in Bonwire (Kente weaving village), Adanwomase (beads making), Ntonso (Adinkra symbols), and Ahwia (wood carving village).

Day 6 :
Travel to Cape Coast

Travel to Cape Coast, passing Lake Bosomtwi. Visit the Slave River at Assin Manso, where captured Africans took their last bath before being taken to slave castles.

Day 7 :
Explore the Doors of no Return

Explore the dark history of the slave trade at Elmina Castle and Cape Coast Castle. Experience a canopy walk at Kakum National Park and visit Sam's Cottage for crocodile petting.

Day 8 :
Return to Accra

Return to Accra, with stops at Fort Amsterdam and West Hills Mall.

Day 9 :
Visit Wli Falls

Visit Wli Waterfalls, the highest and largest in Ghana. Explore the Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary.

Day 10 :
Shopping at the Accra Art Center

Shop for traditional dresses and souvenirs at Accra Art Center, Makola Market, and Artist Alliance Gallery. End the tour at Accra Mall before departing.
